Short Vitiligo Group Survey
NY Vitiligo Support Group is conducting a brief online survey.
This brief survey contains 24 questions that ask about living with vitiligo. The goal of this survey is to determine how much your skin has affected you over the past month. The survey should take approximately 5-15 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept anonymous. This data will be used to help the vitiligo community and spread awareness.
Please complete the survey if you have attended at least one of any group's meetings, and are over 18 years old. For details, contact zosmith@med.wayne.edu
